Returns and Refunds
Requesting a return
Email info@fragrances.al or use WhatsApp +355 69 680 0800, quoting your order number and product. We will explain how to arrange the shipment. Returns are free under the store's policy; contact the team to arrange yours.
Withdrawal rights in Albania
For online purchases in Albania, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing a reason. Return them within 14 days of notification. Refunds are made within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method or an agreed alternative, without an additional fee.
Damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, leaking or different from your order, contact us and, where possible, send photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging for safe transport.
For Kosovo orders, our team will explain the return process and applicable rights. This page does not limit your statutory rights, including rights relating to defective goods.
