1. General Rules

a) Based on the commercial terms and conditions defined herein, we establish the relationship between fragrances.al, as the seller and manager of the online store, and our customers with whom we enter into a sales contract.

b) The rules defined in these Commercial Terms apply to all our customers.

c) These Terms mainly concern the purchase of goods in our online store and therefore apply to all online purchases made either through our website www.fragrances.al or through our virtual stores.


2. Conclusion of the Sales Contract

a) In the case of an online sales contract, the order placed on the website or through virtual stores (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) is considered a proposal for a purchase contract.
The sales contract is finalized once we accept the proposal, which is made clear through the shipment of the ordered goods.
We will notify the customer of the shipment via email or other communication channels.

b) We supply goods only in quantities suitable for normal household use.
In specific cases (especially during discounts or promotional sales), we reserve the right to set a maximum limit on the quantity that can be purchased.


3. Returns

a) Returns without reason within 48 hours

Products are delivered with original manufacturer packaging.
Opened products cannot be returned as they become unusable.
We accept returns within 48 hours from the moment the product is delivered to the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging as delivered.
The return must be made through the same courier used for delivery, and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

b) Returns for damaged product or packaging

If the product is delivered damaged, the customer must contact us immediately and send one or more photos of the damaged product.

The rules stated in point (a) above apply here as well, with the only difference that all return costs in this case are covered by fragrances.al.

c) Refunds

Refunds will be made in one of the following forms:

  • Cash (if the order was paid in cash)

  • Replacement with a product or products of equal value

  • A promotional code (gift card) for future purchases


4. Payment Methods & Shipping

a) You may choose the payment and shipping method from the options offered.
Before shipping the order, we will inform the customer about the payment method, delivery method, and total costs.

b) For orders within Albania, shipping is free of charge.
For orders outside Albania, shipping is paid and varies depending on the destination.


5. Miscellaneous

a) We offer our customers discounts and additional vouchers and communicate the respective usage conditions from time to time. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts and gift vouchers can only be used once.

  • Only one voucher of the same type can be used per purchase.

  • If the value of a voucher exceeds the total purchase amount, the difference will not be transferred to another voucher and will not be refunded.

b) The customer may be contacted by third parties and asked to complete a review questionnaire regarding the purchase.
The customer may share his/her experience regarding the purchase and the products with others.
We thank the customer in advance for their willingness to complete the questionnaire.


6. General Information

a) According to applicable laws, the seller is obliged to issue a fiscal invoice to the consumer and register the sale online with the tax authorities.

b) The sales contract is drafted in Albanian and governed by Albanian law.

c) All product and service prices include VAT.

d) By submitting the order, you agree to receive the invoice in electronic format.
The invoice will be sent together with the email regarding the shipment of your order.

e) All prices, including discounted prices, are valid until further notice.
